Review Panel 2019

In 2019, we asked 272 people to review our Alchemy bath salts range. Here at Westlab HQ, we wanted to determine how well our products are working for our customers and temperature check other aspects of the products outside of the efficacy. We want to take an average percentage of our customers which have interacted with us before as well as new customers to the brand.

We sampled 5x products: Sleep, Recover, Mindful, Cleanse and Dead Sea bath salts.
With the results we have gathered, below are the % of our existing and new customers who agreed with the statements in the surveys.
We hope these stats will support and build a stronger trust in Westlab products for our current and future customers.
