Does my bath salt subscription include free delivery?
Yes. All of our subscription products come with free delivery.
How often can I get your bath salts delivered?
Our subscriptions are available on a 1,2,3,4,6 & 12 month frequency.
What product ranges are available on subscription?
You can subscribe to receive our epsom, dead sea, himalayan, magnesium, relax, balance, shower gels and active plus bundle on subscription.
Am I able to swap my subscription product?
Absolutely. You can change your subscription product any time by logging into your Westlab account and clicking manage your account.
Can I pause my bath salt subscription?
You can pause your subscription by logging into your Westlab account and clicking manage account.
How do I change my payment details?
You can change your payment details any time by logging into your account, clicking manage account, payment methods and then click change payment method.
My subscription has not been delivered.

Can I cancel my subscription after my first order?
Unfortunately our subscriptions require a minimum of two orders before being cancelled.
My subscription has arrived damaged.
