Dry skin is a common effect of menopause. If you’ve noticed your skin becoming more dry in places, don’t worry, as there are things you can do to help solve this problem. One way to relieve dry skin is through bathing with mineral bath salts. Our Dead Sea bath salts are incredible at nourishing your skin with essential skin minerals, and protecting its natural barrier, which is effective at tackling dry or dehydrated skin.
To use our Dead Sea bath salts, all you have to do is run yourself a warm bath and pour 2-4 cups of Dead Sea salt into it. You can also add nourishing bath oils or gentle bubble baths., but be sure to avoid anything with SLS/SLES in the ingredients as this can dry out your skin and undo the benefits of the skin-nourishing products. Then simply relax and unwind as you soak in your bath whilst giving your whole body a fully hydrating treatment.
