BATHING INSTRUCTIONS
How to run the perfect Wellbeing Bath: Use 1-2 cups in a warm bath and dim the lights to create a soothing, cosy atmosphere. Immerse yourself in fragrant mineral waters for at least 20 minutes doing whatever wellbeing ritual means to you. FOOT SOAK INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.

Balance Bath Salt 1kg
I would definitely recommend the balance bath salts! - I used these salts after I’d been to the gym to see if they would relax my muscles, and they were lovely. I liked the fact that they actually dissolved completely, as it can make a bath very uncomfortable when they don’t. The smell was very nice, and overall these salts made me feel very relaxed and soothed my muscles.
