Magnesium Flakes

Add 1-4 cups of salts to a warm bath Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes.<p>

Feel free to add your favourite bath oils or soaks alongside magnesium flakes<p>

If you have sensitive skin then keep the temperature to a comfortable 37°C as hot water can irritate the skin. <p>

Try using alongside our SLS/SLES-free Dead Sea bath & shower Gel for a more luxurious fragrant soak for dry or sensitive skin. Also use the shower gel when you shower to help keep your skin hydrated and soothed between baths.

For infants over 3 months old, use a heaped teaspoon in a baby bath. For older children, initially use approximately 100g-250g per 15cm adult bath. This can be increased to a maximum of 500g for under 10s. <p>

Allow the salt to dissolve in warm water (approx 37°C) and let your child enjoy a salt bath for around 20 minutes up to 3 times per week. Gently pat skin dry after the bath.

Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.

Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs stop bathing and rinse with water. If it persists, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of childreN.
