Our bodies don’t produced magnesium, and so by using our Magnesium Flakes you can help to replenish your levels that are lost through daily activities and lifestyle.
Magnesium Flakes are easy to use and the natural minerals are absorbed by your body as you relax and unwind in the bath. You can use them on their own, or as a boost alongside bath oils and foams or other bath salts like our aromatherapy range. Add magnesium bath salts to your next bath for the ultimate replenishment before bedtime.
How to use
Add salts to a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. To help maintain general wellbeing, use around 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) 1-3 times per week, If you don't bathe as regularly, then you may prefer to have a more intense transdermal magnesium bath with 500g-1Kg (2-4 cups) once a week. You can use alongside other bath salts, oils and foams, so any bath can be boosted with Magnesium flakes.
