BATHING INSTRUCTIONS
How to run the perfect Wellbeing Bath: Use 1-2 cups in a warm bath and dim the lights to create a soothing, cosy atmosphere.
Immerse yourself in fragrant mineral waters for at least 20 minutes doing whatever wellbeing ritual means to you. Relax with a podcast and glass of wine, listen to a guided meditation, pop on a facemask or simply just be still for a while.

FOOT SOAK INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
