1kg Epsom Bath Salt - Our Epsom Bath Salt harnesses the pure mineral-rich power of Magnesium Sulfate. Carefully sourced for purity and potency, our Epsom Bath salts are essential for muscle health, helping to soothe and relax tired sore muscles and joints, and relieve muscle tension and aching.
BATHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADULTS
How to run the perfect Bath:
1. Run a warm bath (37-38°C for senstive skin)
2. Add 2-4 cups of Epsom Bath Salt or Magnesium Flakes into running bath water
3. Mix well and ensure all the bath salt is dissolved.
4. Relax and soak in the mineral goodness for at least 20 minutes.
BATHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN
Magnesium Flakes - For infants over 3 months old, use a heaped teaspoon in a baby bath. For older children, initially use approximately 100g-250g per 15cm adult bath. This can be increased to a maximum of 500g for under 10s. Allow the salt to dissolve in warm water (approx 37°C) and let your child enjoy a salt bath for around 20 minutes up to 3 times per week. Gently pat skin dry after the bath.

Epsom Bath Salt & Magnesium Flakes- Use according to pack instructions.
Seek advice of a medical professional before use if you are suffering from a medical condition, on medical treatment, pregnant, breastfeeding or have very sensitive skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs stop bathing and rinse with water. If it persists, seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
