How to run the perfect Wellbeing Bath:

Use 1-2 cups in a warm bath and dim the lights to create a soothing, cosy atmosphere.

Immerse yourself in fragrant mineral waters for at least 20 minutes doing whatever wellbeing ritual means to you. Relax with a podcast and glass of wine, listen to a guided meditation, pop on a facemask or simply just be still for a while.

For children over 3 years old, use 50g-100g of salts per bath. Allow the salt to dissolve in warm water (approx 37°C) and let your child enjoy a salt bath for around 20 minutes up to 3 times per week.

Gently pat skin dry after the bath.

Foot Soaking: Dissolve1/4 cup (50g) of salt in a 5 litre foot bath of warm water at body temperature (approx 37°C). Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.

Hand Soaking: Dissolve 2 tablespoons (30g) of salt in a 2 litre bowl of warm water at body temperature ( approx 37°C ). Relax and soak hands for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
