USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
How to run the perfect Epsom Bath:
Add 1-4 cups of Epsom bath salts into running bath water
Relax and soak in the mineral goodness for at least 20 minutes.
If you have very dry or sensitive skin then you may prefer to use Magnesium Flakes instead of Epsom Salts.
To use after an intense sports and exercise session we recommend using 2-4 cups in your bath (500g-1Kg) up to 3 times a week.
