Nothing worth having comes easy! Fitness is a journey, a lifestyle, something that you integrate into your daily routine. It's not a fad or a short term fix, long term gains are a result of hard work and determination to strive to be the best of your ability. It's the hard moments in your workout, the point where you think "I can't push any harder" - that's where the magic happens!
FAVOURITE WESTLAB SALT:
I aim to have at least 2 Epsom Salt baths a week, to revive my tired legs after teaching 5-8 classes of BOOM Cycle, alongside my other workouts to speed up recovery and keep me on top form!
FAVOURITE TIME TO TAKE A WESTLAB BATH:
The evening after I've taught, normally on a Wednesday, after the daring double class at 6:30am!
RECOVERY / WELLNESS TIP:
Invest in yourself. Especially ladies! A lot of people think that recovery and wellness is all to do with what's happening on the inside, but actually what makes the biggest difference to me is when I feel great on the outside too. A regular massage, mani & pedi and getting my hair done does wonders for my self confidence
